Bookings & policies

Bookings are non-refundable, including cancellations because of weather or changes to your plans. You can reschedule instead. If you cannot take the class during your trip, your paid reservation stays valid for the same service with no expiry date. Contact the school to arrange a future date, subject to availability. To reschedule or keep your reservation for a future visit, send your booking reference to the school on WhatsApp or by email. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Do I need an account?

No. You can book with your name and contact details.

Can I join a class or book the whole class?

Yes. You can book places in a shared class or choose the full class for your group, subject to availability. Semi-private classes have up to 2 participants and group classes up to 3. A private class is for one person.

When do classes run, and how long are they?

Classes run every day at 7:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., subject to availability. Lessons last approximately 90 minutes, with two-hour scheduling blocks. All times are local to Puerto Escondido.

How do I reschedule?

Contact the school with your booking reference. We will help you choose another available date. If you cannot return during this trip, you can use your paid reservation for the same service on a future visit, with no expiry date.
